Is your event suitable for all ages?
Absolutely! However, the minimum age to participate in the fighting is 16 years old. Any minor attending the event will need to have a parent or guardian waiver sign-off. If a parent or guardian is not present, a notarized document of temporary guardianship must be supplied 2 weeks prior to the event. Submit to: contact@thewinterwars.com
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the event. For refund inquiries, please email contact@thewinterwars.com
Are dogs welcomed at the site?
Yes, but dogs must be leashed and supervised. National Park rules.
